Revenue Appeals Division Saves Taxpayers Billions of Dollars Over Five-Year Period

The Ministry of Finance and the Public Service reported that RAD decisions reduced disputed tax liabilities by approximately J$2.8 billion during 2015–2020. Its June 2021 report described 814 cases, of which 746 had been concluded, alongside improvements in the Division’s operations and case management.
