RAD has released a step-by-step video walkthrough to help taxpayers correctly complete the Notice of Appeal (Form RA-01). The guide covers every section of the form and highlights common errors that can delay the processing of an appeal.
The video is part of RAD’s ongoing effort to make the appeals process more accessible and transparent. It is available on the RAD website and through the organisation’s social media channels.
“We understand that navigating the appeals process can feel daunting, especially for taxpayers who are representing themselves,” said the Director of Operations. “This video guide walks you through the form field by field, so you can submit with confidence.”
All RAD forms are available for download on the Forms page, and appeals can also be submitted through the online portal.
