Charlotte Knight
As the Director of Administration and Planning, Ms. Knight brings more than two decades of experience in public sector administration, organizational management, and corporate services. Having joined the former Taxpayer Appeals Department, now the Revenue Appeals Division, in 2005, she played a significant role in strengthening the Division's administrative and operational framework through dedicated service, strategic leadership, and a commitment to excellence.
Prior to joining the Division, she accumulated over ten years of experience at the Management Institute for National Development (MIND), where she served as an Administrator and Training Coordinator. Her professional development includes training in Management Studies, Supervisory Management, Theology, and Guidance and Counselling, complemented by continuous professional learning throughout her tenure with the Division.
As Director of Administration and Planning, she is responsible for supporting the strategic planning processes of the organization while overseeing the delivery of corporate services in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and the Public Service. Her portfolio includes human resource management, customer service support, records management, procurement and property administration, staff training coordination, budget preparation, public relations, and finance and accounting support.
Working closely with management and key stakeholders, Ms. Knight ensures that administrative systems operate efficiently, resources are effectively managed, and the organization remains well-positioned to achieve its strategic objectives. Recognized for her professionalism, dependability, and results-oriented approach, she continues to contribute to the growth, effectiveness, and service excellence of the Revenue Appeals Division through strong leadership and a steadfast commitment to public service.
